Doing more with less: Transforming legal services delivery through productization webinar with Dennis Kennedy

At FoundationLab, we believe there is a fundamental shift happening in the legal industry. With growing scrutiny and oversight of corporate legal budgets, yet increased demands on in-house legal teams, law firms with which we work need to deliver  “more for less” for their clients.

With corporate legal departments refusing to pay for junior associate legal work, consolidating the number of outside law firms they engage, and demanding bigger discounts, we believe law firms must seek innovative ways to deliver quality legal services to their clients, in order to stay competitive and not just maintain, but deepen client relationships.

That’s why we invited our Advisory Board member Dennis Kennedy, respected technology lawyer, to speak on one of his favorite topics at our upcoming webinar: Doing more with less: Transforming legal services delivery through productization.   Dennis will discuss transforming legal services into subscription-based, revenue-producing products and share his experiences as a legal innovator.

In this fast-paced and wide-ranging session, you will learn:

  • How products can be created from services
  • The benefits of productization, including diversification of revenue streams
  • Getting started with your productization efforts – an action plan
  • Keeping a client-centric focus
  • Jump starting productization ideas or supercharging existing efforts with design sprints

The webinar is free, 60 minutes long, on March 7th, 11 am Pacific / 2 pm Eastern.  Don’t miss this timely and insightful discussion. Click here to register to attend (and don’t forget to invite your colleagues!)
